I made this little project in five hours a challenge for myself. I did all the sound, artwork, and programming from scratch. Made with Godot.
You are Pengi, a husband, father, and provider; like all creatures, you and your family need to eat to survive. Nature has decreed that you must hunt for your food.
Controls:
WASD for movement
Left-click to throw a spear
Right-click to throw bolas
Middle-click to lay a trap

never expected to fall in love like this. made in only 5 hours, i could spend a lifetime playing this game. many tears were shed over pengi's journey, but in the end it felt like the journey was my own. 5 stars.
I'm thrilled to see that my masterpiece has touched someone so deeply. I poured my heart and soul into this project and to know that it resonated with my audience so well fills me with pride.
